St. Mark’s Group of Schools

It is with immense pride and heartfelt joy that I welcome you all to the 32nd edition of the International Conference of Young Scientists (ICYS), hosted by St. Mark’s Senior Secondary Public School, Meera Bagh, New Delhi, India. As the Founder and Chairman of the St. Mark’s Group of Schools, my lifelong mission has been to build learning environments where every child can thrive—not only academically, but also creatively, emotionally, and ethically. Receiving the Dr. Radhakrishnan Memorial National Teachers’ Award has further strengthened my commitment to guiding young minds and empowering every learner to achieve their fullest potential.

My multifaceted journey in the arts and leadership roles across national and international film associations has deeply enriched my perspective—one that seamlessly aligns with the evolving landscape of academia. I’ve witnessed the transformative power of storytelling, collaboration, and cultural exchange. These experiences, coupled with my role as Charter President of the Rotary Club of Delhi, have reinforced my belief in community engagement, interdisciplinary learning, and creative expression. In academia, I aspire to channel this diverse expertise to inspire innovative curricula, foster global partnerships, and empower students to think critically, communicate effectively, and contribute meaningfully to society.

At St. Mark’s, we believe that education is not merely the transmission of knowledge. Here, it is about nurturing emotional and ethical intelligence with a global perspective—values we believe are fundamental to building a better world. The theme of this edition of ICYS perfectly embodies the spirit of this prestigious international forum. We are truly delighted to welcome bright young minds and dedicated educators from across the globe to a celebration of scientific curiosity, cultural diversity, and global collaboration.

To our young scientists, I urge you to step into this experience with curiosity and confidence: ask, learn, share—and let your passion drive innovation. You are the changemakers of tomorrow. To our mentors, judges, and guests, I urge you to let your guidance and presence inspire and uplift this journey. At St. Mark’s Sr. Sec. Public School, we are proud to present ICYS 32- a launchpad for ideas, collaboration, and future possibilities. Welcome to India! Welcome to St. Mark’s. Welcome to the 32nd ICYS. May the flame of innovation burn bright and guide us all forward.

Warm regards,
Mr. T. P. Aggarwal
