On behalf of the 32nd  ICYS organizing team, we welcome your school and students to participate in the 32nd International Conference of Young Scientists from 19 to 24 April 2026, which will be held in New Delhi, India

Every participating country  in the competition is allowed to send a delegation of two team leaders and six students, not more than 19 years of age.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Dates :    Sunday to Friday ( 19 April to 24 April 2026)

Venue:    St. Mark’s Senior Secondary Public School, Meera Bagh, New Delhi, India

Language:  The official language for this event is English.

REGULATIONS

1. Number of Participants
Each participating country is entitled to bring a delegation of up to 6 students and 2 team leaders.

2. Registration Fees
The registration fee is €380 per person, which includes airport transfers, meals, and accommodation.

REGISTRATION

Registration form should be filled by only one member from each participating country who will submit the information for all members together as a complete entry. Multiple submissions/entries will not be entertained.

2. Poster and Oral Presentation Guidelines

2.1 Duration for Oral Presentation: Each participant will have 15 minutes for the presentation. Extra time for the preparation may be allowed by the head of the jury. Questions can be put to the presenter after the presentation, during a limited time fixed by the head of the jury. Only members of the jury are allowed to pose questions.

2.2 Presentation Slides: All presenters are required to submit their slides to the organizer in advance, no later than 24 March 2026. In case of any slide updates before the presentation, presenters can re-upload their slides with the organizer on 20 April 2026 between 08:00 am and 09:00 am.

2.3 Duration for Poster Presentation: Each project is allocated 3 minutes for presentation or as allowed by the head of the jury.

2.4 Poster Dimensions:

The maximum recommended size of a poster is the standard A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm).

2.5  Cross Roads: Culture Connect –  An evening to display souvenirs from your country – magnets, key chains, chocolates, sweets, etc.
